What stones do you use in your jewelry?
We mainly use lava stone, a natural volcanic rock with unique properties. We combine it with other semi-precious stones carefully selected for their aesthetic and energetic qualities.
How does the diffuser bracelet work?
Lava stone is naturally porous, which allows it to absorb and diffuse essential oils throughout the day. Simply place one or two drops of essential oil on the stone, let it dry for a few minutes, and enjoy a gentle, personal olfactory anchor.
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes! Every LavaLife creation is handcrafted in Quebec with care and intention. No two pieces are identical—that is what makes each piece of jewelry unique.

Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided the bracelet is returned in its original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page.

How do I take care of my LavaLife jewelry?
To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend that you:

- Gently clean the lava stone with a dry cloth if necessary
Can I change the essential oil on my lava stone?
Absolutely! You can change your essential oil at any time. Simply let the stone dry completely before applying a new one to avoid unwanted mixtures.
